Return and reimbursement policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will then have an additional 14 days after cancellation to return your product.
You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.
Returning your order is completely free. To use the free return service, you must use the return label provided to you by Compridis. Returns at your own expense will not be reimbursed.
If the product or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation of the product. Therefore handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for return.
You can easily register the return of your order (delivered with UPS, Trunkrs or DPD) via our returns portal using thetracking number of the delivery and your postcode.Note: do not use an order number.
To return large or heavy products or when your delivered product has a (technical) problem, please contact customer service first via thecontact form stating your order number.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return provided the product has already been received back in good condition.
